ZERO ZEROES: Self-titled: LP

I have nothing but the band’s music to go by but I am sure as night follows day that on stage Zero Zeroes is one hell of a confident outfit. Music this upbeat and driven cannot be performed by shrinking violets seeking some form of invisibility. I can envisage the drummer being in the middle of stage whilst the remaining three members have their toes as close to the edge as they can, almost falling into the crowd as they hammer home their offerings. These ten tracks have a New Bomb Turks vibe to them; they push and push in an unrelenting manner, until they are firmly rooted in your head, ear worms aplenty. Rock solid garage punk. –Rich Cocksedge (Drunken Sailor, [email protected], drunkensailorrecords.co.uk / Bachelor, [email protected], bachelorrecords.com)
