I caught this band opening for Dead Bars back on Thanksgiving eve. in Seattle. They walked on stage so casually and nonchalantly that I didn’t know what to expect. Their energy is infectious and their songs are brilliant. From what I can tell, they’re a product of lockdown and spent a fair amount of time searching for a singer after they wrote a bunch of songs. The songs have a lot going on—multiple layers of each musician doing their own thing in a way that fits seamlessly with the rest of the band. And the singer they found absolutely rips. They remind me of Pleasure Leftists mixed with Arctic Flowers. Definitely recommend checking this band out online and picking up a copy for yourself. –Kayla Greet (Self-released)
