The code word for German punk around my house is “der gluten” for no real reason other than it is fun to say. Well, This CD is very der gluten, thank you very much. Twelve tracks of metallic, mid-tempo, female-fronted German punk. There is only one track featuring lyrics in English, so I can’t glean much in the way of an overall message or theme.
