Thunderclap do alt-rock-tinged post-hardcore, with some nice Weiland-esque vocals on side A. “Braincloud” is sludgy, downer high drama. A bit slick and traditional for my tastes, but they clearly know what they’re doing. –Matt Werts (Ashtray Monument, ashtraymonument.com)
