No frills, no bullshit hardcore that rarely dips down slower than gallop-speed thrash and occasional kicks into a full-blur. The utter lack of metal finessing and the almost martial approach to the songs was a little jarring in much the same way first hearing early Midwestern stuff like Negative Approach and The Fix were—tight as nails, direct, then get the fuck out. Eight songs—the longest clocking in at an epic two minutes and change—and most of the rest barely making it past the one-minute mark. –Jimmy Alvarado (Convulse, convulserecords.com)
