MSSV is an experimental rock band featuring Mike Watt, Mike Baggetta, and Stephen Hodges. I was very lucky to have caught them on the final night of their forty-eight-date “Haru Tour” across the U.S. What an incredible set!
Malandro pulverized the crowd with a slew of blistering songs of pure powerviolence. I doubt that any of the songs in their set clocked in longer than one minute. The singer was a whirlwind of energy—jumping around, screaming, and assaulting everyone’s ears with lyrical rage!
