I got a lot of pop this time around and couldn’t be happier. Sure, I may be a crusty old skate punk but I sure love me some hooks and melodies, and Supercrush has both of those in abundance. It almost feels like the early ’90s Pacific Northwest pop scene with bands like Fastbacks, Bum, and Flop. Both songs on this single have a dreamy feel, like Cheap Trick on ether or something like that.
