Really catchy, thick-necked metallic punk stuff with Cookie Monster vocals. They know how to run with a riff, that’s for sure. With this cover art, and song titles like “Night Stalker” and “Drinking Poison,” I was expecting lots of gory film soundbites and songs that leaned heavier into the grindcore spectrum, but this ain’t that at all. When they slow things down, like in “Clean Room,” it starts to border on a little goofy—hard to get past those vocals, man—but when they keep the tempo moving, there’s some fun songs on here for sure. –Keith Rosson (Stay Away)
