The subtitle to this zine does not lie. In fact, the zine is so little it fell into a nether region of my backpack for an extended amount of time where I discovered it months later, along with some errant bags of fancy tea whose origins I can’t recall. The zine is a simple comic in which anxiety is represented as a shifting, ever-present ghost. Short, uncomplicated, and innocuously cute enough to be an early-childhood book along the lines of Goodnight Moon given a tiny bit of color, Shadow-Ghost still rings true and reads as a solid meditation on coping with anxiety. –Adrian Salas (Nicki, PO Box 743, Olympia, WA 98507, [email protected])
