I think a lot about death—probably more than I should. It’s not that I’m suicidal or want to die, I just think about how weird it is that we could not exist. I wonder what the last moments of existence will be like (if I even know it’s coming, that is). I hope I live a long, healthy, happy life and I do what I can to make sure that happens. There’s a lot to live for in this life—a lot of people to love and things to see and do. I try to be optimistic and helpful to others. But I still think a lot about non-existence. But, until that time, I at least have music; one more reason to keep living. That said; all these songs have either the word “life” or “death” in the title. I hope you enjoy the podcast and do me a favor by telling someone today, “I love you and I’m glad you’re in my life.”
