I’ve never heard anything about or from this band before, but I’m happy to be introduced to them now. From what I see on Discogs, it looks like this is the first band for all four members. Honestly I find that hard to believe because the songs are so well constructed and melodic. They ride a line somewhere between indie, grunge, and pop punk while somehow snatching up the best elements of all three genres. Front person Felicia Lobo has a hell of a voice with clarity and range. It falls beautifully over the punchy rhythm section and bright guitar licks. I’m really into what they’re doing here and am excited to dig deeper into their catalog. –Kayla Greet (Reta)
