Two tracks of scuzzy, offensive-for-the-era punk from a band notorious for a) causing chaos wherever they went, b) containing members who went on to various shades of rock stardom in later years. Of the two, I believe “Fuck Yourself” is the only one that ever made it further than a demo tape prior to this, with a version ending up on a CD comp in the 2000s. The sound is surprisingly good—considering the source material is forty-three years old at this point—the songs are appropriately obnoxious and, as is Artifix’s style, the packaging includes full color art and flyer reproductions, and liner notes with a brief rundown of the band’s history. –Jimmy Alvarado (Artifix)
