The cover of Municipal Threat swipes a Mad Magazine drawing of actor (not band) Charles Bronson, which sets the tone for seventy-two pages of gleeful exploitation homage: readers old enough to remember the violence and amped-up sex of 1AM weekend cable will appreciate this one the most. Comics populated with headless torsos riding motorcycles, spacecraft, werewolves, and noir Frazetta babes make up the bulk of the issue, with reviews of trashy VHS films thrown in for good measure. And as always, beautiful printing and execution on this Fluke Publishing release. –Michael T. Fournier (Fluke Publishing, PO Box 1547, Phoenix, AZ 85001,
