This is the best release I got in my batch of records this time around. They have a cohesive and distinctive sound throughout the whole record. And they’re nailing the post-hardcore style with lots of distortion, solos, and cool riffs while the rhythm section just lay back in the cut. I really like the darker, heavy vibe they bring to each of the four songs on this 7”. I can’t tell you how many people are in the band or what they play because there are no liner notes, but I’m ninety-nine percent certain there are two vocalists. At least there’s a female-sounding lead vocal on one side, and a deeper voice on the other. Also, I believe they are from Germany because their website ends in .de. Otherwise I don’t know much about them. One annoying thing about the vinyl itself is that there’s no info on the center label besides what speed to play the record. For those who are curious, it’s 33 RPM on one side and 45 RPM on the other. But if I were to lose the sleeve it came in, I’d have no idea who these guys were. I’m glad I do know who they are though, because they rip. –Kayla Greet (Slackersound)
