It’s hard to keep up with Kibou Records, a label which seems to be constantly releasing new music/bands. Hazard Profile contains people who in total have at least fourteen other bands under their collective belts, perhaps the most notable would be Chaos UK and The Domestics. What Hazard Profile offers is some hardcore blast with a touch of late-’70s/early-’80s punk rock. Subtlety is absent as the five tracks bulldoze their way along like a Dr. Marten boot kicking in a door.
