This is some aggressive punk’n’roll from a three piece out of Nashville. Very lo-fi, gritty punk with sharp guitar solos and breathy (intelligible) screams throughout. It starts out like a punch to the face and continues on in that fashion until you’re completely pummeled. What I like is that they tap into tropes of rock’n’roll (formulaic song structure, solos, subject matter), but they never overdo it to the point of novelty. It’s great for pumping yourself up for something challenging. Maybe throw it on when you’re at the gym or driving a fast car. –Kayla Greet (Dial Back Sound)
