We’ll have to wait for the call from scene vets in the inevitable documentary (complete with Ian MacKaye saying that the GANEM was “insane”). Until then, feast yr. eyes on the newest issue of Dave’s Freak No-Hitter, which remains a deeply personal and wildly fun one-pager. He interviews the shambling and grandiose Montana band Mordecai and reviews a bunch of records (and zines!) I had never heard of previously.
