ESCARE: Infinity Crime: CS

Think this is the first album I’ve heard that was crafted by a full band entirely in isolation during the pandemic, just sending stuff to each other via their phones. What a world. Interesting boom-bap post-punk material here, with a lot of confidence. Leaning hard into Wire and Gang Of Four, this shit veers and slaloms around; the songs are textured and nuanced. Limited to one hundred, comes with DL. –Keith Rosson (Drunk Dial)
