Pretty much exactly as the title promises, Direct Hit!’s debut relentlessly pummels lightnin’ fast, anthemic pop punk directly into your dome. Slick production and proficient instrumentation lend a hand to the CD’s ten catchy tracks. Listening to Domesplitter made me remember why I fell in love with punk rock in middle school, but that’s not to say it’s stale.
