Last week, Slaughterhouse, Reckling, Sex Beat, and Nice blew the roof off of The Moroccan. I’ve raved about all of these bands in the past, so you know I was in punk rock paradise. It was a great way to spend a cold, rainy evening with lots of good friends. State of the art lighting abd sound inside an intimate-sized room + four killer bands = A PERFECT SHOW.

I’ve seen Nice play a few shows in the past, and I have to say, this was the best set I’ve seen them play so far. They looked and sounded great on a proper stage. Emily totally ripped it up as the crowd went ape shit throughout their entire set. There’s been a lot of buzz going around about Nice lately. I’m looking forward to hearing some studio recordings in 2020, and seeing what transpires for the band.

It was a super-wild show—from the second Reckling hit the stage to the very end, when Sex Beat left the stage—and it was the absolute perfect way to end the decade.
