At the end of 2021, Moon Goons flew into L.A. all the way from Indianapolis specifically to open for Frankie And The Witch Fingers at Permanent Records Roadhouse. I’m so glad I arrived in time to catch their set, because I discovered a new band to obsess over. (I love when that happens.)
Moon Goons is a blend of synth/spacey-prog/psych, and if that’s your jam, you’re gonna really dig this band. I highly recommend their latest album A Daydream Dark. It’s available on their Bandcamp page (on spacey purple vinyl).
