Scarecrow are an awesome punk band from Raleigh, N.C. that I’ve been lucky to see a few times lately here in Richmond. Scarecrow deliver some Scandi-style raw punk perfection: full-throttle d-beat style with good distortion, raw feedback, and a little bit of jangle and echo. Their full-on, pummeling attack of relentless fist-in-the-air ragers creates quite a frenzy at The Warehouse. They’re one of my current faves for sure.
