“I always seem to doubt how everyone seems to have it all figured out.” No surprise at all that it looks like Cayetana has, once again, put out the album of the year. Augusta Koch is a world-class songwriter and has gotten even better as a lyricist here. The addition of backing vocals is a welcome surprise as well. Improved musicianship will either kill a band or make it better and the chops picked up from massive touring have strengthened this band. Cayetana and New Kind of Normal are simply astonishing.
