Six songs from this Orlando duo recorded live at Pulp Arts Studio, and most of it has a jangly ’60s pop feel to it, especially in the vein of the 5.6.7.8.’s’ retro goodness. Also especially with an early B-52’s vibe lurking in the background. The last track is this kind of dreamy, borderline psychedelic ramble-jam which works better for me as background music while grading papers than a tune with which to be actively engaged, but the jangly pop of the rest of the record pleases me. –The Lord Kveldulfr (Pulp Arts)
