This band is the vision of two fun-loving, crazed rockers from Tehran who moved to New York City and started a band—a theatrical cross-dressing mishmash of angular, garagey punk with synths and good times guaranteed. There are some times where it seems an obvious Spits influence comes through, but this is heavier, and traditionally rock’n’roll, in a good way.
