Washington, DC area band that plays the hardcore. A mixture of Sick of it All, Strife, and some old-school Negative Approach. Throat-shredding vocals over metallic riffs. Only drawback is the cartoon artwork on the cover. It made me believe that I was going to be listening to a pop punk band. I have no idea what “V.P.R.” stands for.
