Stories of one New York couple exploring bookstores and reviewing them through an adventure narrative. This narrative often switches back and forth from first person to third person and confused me a bit in the beginning, but I got used to it once I realized what was happening. This is a good reference zine if you ever find yourself in NYC or in its suburbs in need of a used bookstore. The two authors are charming in their own ways but the “adventures” told are a bit dry and, at times, hard to sit through. Any new leads on decent reading material is rewarding and for that reason this zine is a good resource.–Simon Sotelo ([email protected])
