The Radvocate claim that their “goal with every issue is to feature the work of folks who just don’t have the connections or the competitive edge to get published in ‘real magazines’ whatever that means.” I respect that, but at this point I think the enemy is the internet... and Kindles. Anyway, this is a collection of stuff by different people, some travelogues, photography, poetry, and short fiction. I found some of it to my liking and some of it not so much, and it’d probably be the same for you.
