PANZERBASTARD: Gods, Thugs and Madmen: 10”

Jan 15, 2013

This Boston band just keeps on thrashing away, with these five tracks getting super hard and heavy in an almost mega metal vein. They add a lot of metal in this, but still have the punk grittiness that kept me thrashing away while I was listening to it. The band keeps the tradition of hardcore alive in Boston while having their own twist to it. The songs are heavy, fast, and played super tight, with some great guttural vocals and cool drumming. If you like thrash and crossover, this is a good purchase and one that I will be spinning more than once. –Rick E.
