Slower paced indie rock that sounds like the Shangri-Lasat times with female harmonies followed by hints of rockasilly and the hippie ‘60s (even the occasional tambourine). Unfortunately, this CD did not make me a fan even though I liked bits and pieces of it. I can see NYC kiddies being really into this band, thinking it’s the most original “cool” thing out there, but I tend to get super bored with slower rhythms. I have to resist the urge to skip to the next song and all I’m thinking is, “Blah blah blah, next please.”
