I’m not a prude by any stretch of the imagination, but I’ve never really been able to trust bands with the word fuck in their name. Cincinnati’s Fucked For Life have shown me the error of my ways—this is good rockin’ twenty-first century hardcore/thrash. The sound and the layout for the notes gives FFL a decided crusty-Profane-Existency feel. Lyrically, FFL are pretty typical for this genre, but the tunes kept me going and made me want to break shit. Good stuff.
