A collection of short and sweet one-to-two page comics just about going to shows in Portland, OR. The zine is prefaced as a semi-swan song zine that includes an unusual amount of pages, getting as much as possible out there before he leaves on hiatus. I’ve been there, too: life, job, twins—is not easy and we are lucky to get this issue. Undoubtedly the best thing about this zine is that it’s basically a music review zine but they’re pictures. In his previous issues I was able to discover a few bands that I now listen to regularly. Good comics—easy to digest and definitely lots of situations I relate to well. So you’re starting to feel old and you probably feel really out of place when you go to shows solo; it adds to the urge to stay home. Despite the best efforts of time and age, this guy pushes through and makes it out. A true inspiration to me. –Simon Sotelo (John Isaacson, Box 153, 5142 Hollister Ave., Santa Barbara, CA 93111)
