Great zine written by an English guy about his travels to Australia. There’s a bit of confusion about the specific geography and chronology—Phil jumps around in his story quite a bit—but the writing itself is top-notch. Much of it centering around his participation in an Occupy protest, Facial Disobedience is a near-seamless merging of the political and personal, with quite a few passages of material here being of an impressive literary quality. Minor complaints about locale and chronology aside, this guy can write the shit out of a zine. Worth seeking out. –Keith Rosson ([email protected])
