Lightning-fast tribal drums, shrieking vocals, and swerving melodic instruments that are either guitars or keys make Duchesses come off like art-warehouse dwellers doing a Locust-y thing. A word from the wise: if you’re going to have two parts to your song, and each part has two notes, then the song needs to be less than a minute long. Not pushing three minutes. There are a bunch of remixes at the end to keep things going, like the cokehead who won’t leave the loft party at 4 AM. Go home, Duchesses.
