Two slick and sugary, vaguely power poppy punk songs from a newer Detroit band. The songs are well-crafted and tongue-in-cheek with a bit of a Killed By Death vibe, but they’re easily pegged as a modern band due to the guitar tone and vocal melodies. For the crowd that still likes their punk to have a dose of melody and a lack of anything serious, this is a good addition to your record collection. FFO: Dangerloves, Inversions, Dirt Cult Records.
