Dead Mechanical’s Medium Noise LP usually shows up on my turntable as I’m making the transition from Sunday afternoon to Sunday night, mentally and physically preparing for the week ahead. This band just writes consistently solid and relatable songs. There’s a definite warmth and comfort in them, even though these songs were spawned by the exact opposite of conditions. I will pick up anything this band releases. On the flip, Full Of Fancy play the fuck out of some pop music. The fuck, I say!
