CRITICS: Noise and Popularity: CD

Jan 12, 2010

The hooks here are sick and in abundance, the performances are passionate and spot-on, and the overall feeling here is of a band swinging for, and actually managing to put a few over, the fences. Put another way, this is punk-informed pop that is way better than it has any business being. Surprised as hell they haven’t yet been picked up by a major label and summarily raped and stripped of all that makes them interesting.
