Clusterfux have dual female/male vocals screamed to the extreme over metallic crust. The guitars are a little thin in the production but that doesn’t take away the power there are trying to achieve, which is heavy on the riffing to power through each song. The bass has the right amount of distortion to accent and fill what deficiencies the guitars lack. The guitar solos might discourage some punk purists, but metal heads will see it as an added bonus. Reminds me of the crossover period of the mid-to-late ‘80s.
