Off of Jello Biafra’s label, Burning Image has awoken from a twenty-plus year slumber. Fantasma is a puree of early Christian Death, 45 Grave, and Frankenstein’s blues stagger. “The Chosen Ones” and “I’ve Been Waiting” are my favorite tracks because they showcase Moe’s vocals and their spindly goth guitar structures. According to Moe, Fantasma is just the beginning. Recommended to Batcave followers and nu gravers.
