Nothing pleases me more than reviewing Canadian releases. Ben Disaster hails from Edmonton and falls into the realm of pop punk that leans towards noise pop, if that makes any sense. Loud and angular, yet catchy. Come Alive is probably my top track on this three-song single. Mastered by Warm Soda’s Matthew Melton, to boot.
