The drums at the beginning of the song about wanting to be a grandmother sounded kind of like the beginning to “My Sharona” by the Knack, but after that it pretty much just sounded like what i imagine Bikini Kill rehearsal tapes sounded like before they wrote “Rebel Girl.” Sounds kind of like they’d be the first band on a four-band bill where none of the bands truly suck, but fan defection never exactly comes up as an item of concern for bands two thru four.
