Another release from these prolific Netherlands-based punk rockers. Sadly, I can’t get into this. I can’t help it. Sure, they’re a pop punk band. Sure, they have a pretty awesome guitar sound. Sure, one of their songs sounds like the Groovie Ghoulies. Sure, they’re clearly influenced by the best Ramones stuff. But something about them just comes across as too… professional, somehow. Maybe (it’s likely) I’m insane, but if this were a cereal, it’d have to be regular (non-Marshmallows) Alpha-Bits. It almost rocks, but it’s not quite there.
