Animal Eye play some art punk that has some hyper near-thrash elements, with a synth to put a coldness in the room. The singer sounds detached and like he’s singing from across the street. Green Screen Door have a similar sound to Animal Eye, only with more urgency. Which is what’s needed. If it’s punk, it has to have urgency. They lose steam at the end with “Reckless Recluse.”
