 | Razorcake will send you one free issue if you ask your librarian if they would carry Razorcake in their stacks. (This offer is good for both traditional libraries and independent libraries.) To get the free issue, you must send us the librarian's name and email and the library's postal address. We will then contact them directly and donate a subscription to them. U.S. libraries only, due to postage. | |

LUBA #8
by Gilbert Hernandez, $3.50 U.S., $5.25 Can.
By Gary Hornberger Wednesday, January 24 2007
What a fucking soap opera this one is! Now I find out that Fritz from Love & Rockets has an older sister and she has her own title. I don’t even know if I can put this in to perspective. Luba is this heavy-chested hottie who carries around a hammer and is married to some burnt dude, yet digs this Fortunato guy, but then again, all the girls do. Fritz and this Pipo chick are doing the bisexual thing, while Pipo’s son Sergio has the hots for Luba’s daughter Guadalupe, who parades around in a genie costume. Let me catch my breath… See what I mean? If you like to see how the other half live, find a copy of Luba. When you figure it out, let me know. ( betomess@gateway.net)
